Escola infantil Il·lusions first opened its doors in Gavà in 1980. The Castelldefels school followed suit in 1999. Both schools adhere to the same pedagogical, human and professional concepts. The school buildings are quite different but both comply with the norms for security and hygiene set down by the autonomous Catalan government (Generalitat de Catalunya). The schools are connected 24 hours a day/365 days a year to private security companies.
